Elizabeth Adams – Fundraising

Written by on 29/01/2018

Elizabeth Adams is just 13yrs old and has been diagnosed with DIPG, a tumour in her brain stem. There was little hope..until now. A London-led medical team have pioneered CED, a new technology which delivers chemotherapy directly in to the tumour with positive results. Unfortunately Elizabeth’s family has to fund the treatment themselves costing £120,000 and are busy fundraising to do so. Please help by going to – www.gofundme.com/elizabethsbraintumorjourney – or via the ‘Funding Neuro Charity’ ; Sharon@fundingneuro.com Elizabeth’s mum, Kath Adams & family friend Jo Elliot are working their socks off organising fundraising events. There are coffee mornings every Thursday at Teynham Village Hall from 9.30am to 1pm. A Charity Boot Fair on Sun 27th Aug at Frognal Lane Football pitches from 10am to 4pm. A Car Wash at Teynham Fire Station on 23rd Sep and Lizzy’s Charity Fundraiser at the Anchor Inn, Faversham on Sat 16th Sept.
